Liesse

: A place for exchange in Brussels

Liesse is conceived as a true culinary laboratory, a flexible space where chefs—whether emerging talents or established professionals, take turns every three to six months to explore, innovate, and share their passion. More than a kitchen, Liesse is a place of encounter and transmission, fostering dialogue between professionals and curious food lovers.

The interior design prioritizes simple, warm materials that create a convivial and immersive atmosphere. Large communal tables and shared benches encourage interaction, while the open kitchen showcases the preparation of dishes. Abundant natural light, made possible by generous openings, reinforces the connection between inside and outside, where a spacious terrace extends the culinary experience.

Imagined as an inclusive and bold venue, Liesse celebrates Brussels’ diversity and embodies an architectural approach that nurtures well-being and creativity.
