: One house, three households

The client requested to divide this existing house into three small apartments. The vertical circulation was adapted to be able to share it between the three households from the public area of the building. the organization of each of the units is clear and simple, optimizing construction, costs and future use.

The apartment in the ground floor needed to be accesible with a wheelchair, so corridors and small spaces were avoided. A big window has included to enhance the relation with the garden. The other two apartments were designed in a more compact way, with only one bedroom each.
