: Bioshop en AlcoveThe layout of this organic food store in Brussels is a playful reading of the generic shop typology. The result is as formal as it is functional. The layout is organized following a panoptic principle from the viewpoint of the sales counter, but generates strong defining shapes that are visible from the street.
